Resurgence of the pharmaceutical industry to its preeminence can only be realized through Collaborative Innovation in Biomedicine. Given the complexities and the expense of pharmaceutical R&D, we can accomplish much more, in a shorter time and with less cost and duplication of effort, when the private and public sectors bring their special strengths to bear.
